Prenuptial Agreements
As more people around us and in today's society are getting divorced, the importance of a "prenup" is even more apparent. If you don't want become the next person who loses more assets, property and custody rights than seems fair, in the event of a divoce, a prenuptial agreement is highly recommended. As difficult as the topic is to bring up to your future spouse in some situtations, the long-term benefits far outweigh any tension or hurt feelings the idea might temporarily cause, and may turn out to be one of the wisest things you ever did.
